White Fused Alumina(For Refractory and Abrasive using.)
White fused alumina electrically fused in electric furnace with high grade processed alumina as raw material. It has higher hardness and slight lower toughness comparing with brown fused alumina. It is also characterized by its high purity, ability of self-sharpening, better cutting, less heat emits, higher efficiency.

White Fused Alumina is a high purity, synthetic mineral,manufactured by the fusion of controlled quality pure grade Bayer Alumina in an electric arc furnace at temperatures greater than 2000C followed by a slow solidification process. Strict control over quality of raw materials and fusion parameters ensure products of high purity and high whiteness,high hardness, toughness is a bit low, excellent self sharpening, grinding force, low calorific value, high efficiency,acid and alkali resistance, good thermal stability.
